1. GENERAL TERMS

1. The www.g-design.pl online shop is the possession of the G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki company with the registered office in Poland,  ul. Roweckiego 66/3. 72-009 Police. Registered as a business activity by the mayor of Police, Poland (ref. no. 11515) on the 23rd of October 2007. NIP: 851-205-92-13, REGON: 320725420.
2. The www.g-design.pl online shop sells automotive parts for cars and motorbikes as well as garages' equipment and automotive accessories via the Internet witihin Poland and Europe as well.
   
3. Orders can be placed each day all year, twenty-four hours a day.
4. The G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki company reserves the right to make restriction in using the shop without any reason given
5. All of the products offered in the shop www.g-design.pl are brand new, without any physical or legal faults with producer guarantee.

2. TERMS OF MAKING PURCHASES

1. Purchases at www.g-design.pl can only be made by adults.
2. Sending an order is tantamount to familiarize oneself with the regulations of making purchases at www.g-design.pl, acceptance the regulations and obey all of the rules included in the regulations.
3. The main condition of making a purchase and the completion of an order is correct filling in the order form.

3. PAYMENTS

1. All of the prices are gross and given in the Polish Zloty (PLN).  There is a possibility of changing the currency to the British Pound (GBP), and the process are automatically changed according to the current rate of NBP - http://www.nbp.pl/.
2. The price of the product given is binding from the moment of making a purchase and does not change even if the price will change at www.g-design.pl online shop.
3. The cost of the delivery are added to the order according to the option chosen by the customer. The costs are given while completion the purchase before sending the order,
4. The receipt is added to each order, when the VAT invoice are necessary, such information should be sent to us with the appropriate information.
5. Available ways of payment: bank transfer, mTransfer, platnosci.pl...........

4. ORDER COMPLETITION

1. Each order, which has not been sent and accepted can be cancelled at any time,
2. An order, which has been sent and moved to the completion, can be cancelled only by email (biuro@g-design.pl) or fax (0048 91 88 12348).
3. Filling in the order form, which can be found on the website www.g-design.pl, and sending it by email to the G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki. company means making the order. Process of sending an order is automatic, after customer approval.
4. Person making a payment is obligated to filling in the order form in a correct way according to the actual state.
5. After placing an order, a customer is going to be notified aout this by email, as well as is going to be up dated with the order status.
6. G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki comapny reserves the right to the order verification and cancelling the order in case of doubts of the customer reliability and credibility.
7. Completion of an order made by 1pm starts in the same day, the one made after 1pm starts on the next working day.
8. In case of doubts according to the order completion by www.g-design.pl or in case of the lack of possibility of completition an order within 24 hours, a G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki company representative will contact you and agree further way of the order completion.
9. Incorrectly filled in order forms will not be taken under consideration.

5. SHIPPING

1. Cost of the delivery is paid by a customer according to the chosen way of payment and delivery.
2. www.g-design.pl is not held responsible for the failures of the items made during the delivery.
3. All of the items bought are sent between Monday and Friday, with exception to the Polish Bank Holidays.
4. Each shipment is made as soon as possible. If money is recorded on our account by 1pm, there is a possibility the same day shipment. If the payment appears on our account later, shipment will be done on the next day.
5. Ordered item is sent within 48 hours (maximum) from the recording payment on our bank account.
6. G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki company reserves the right to make shipments only twice a week.
7. COD deliveries are only for the customers with the account at www.g-design.pl and have been buying previously at our shop.
8. Unusual orders, or uncommon parts are completed within 2-5 working days. 14 day are maximum.
9. State of the warehouse might be slighlty different from the real state, since we sell at the Allegro, eBay and different services as well.
10. There is a possibility of collecting the order in person after making such arrangements by phone.
11. Zamówienia wysyłane Pocztą Polską, dostarczane są w terminie 3-5 dni roboczych.
12. Orders are sent by courier service, and are delivered within 3 working days...
13. Termin dostawy liczony jest od dnia w którym pieniądze zostaną zaksięgowane na naszym koncie - w przypadku przedpłaty na konto, nie później jednak niż w ciągu 48 godzin.
14. Przesyłki pobraniowe wysyłane są w drugiej kolejności.
15. Sklep www.g-design.pl, nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za opóźnienia w dostawie spowodowane przez Pocztę Polską lub wybraną przez Państwa firmę kurierską.

6. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. Returns can be made only within 10 days from the day of receiving the itemes, however, there is possibility to return the item after 10 days, but only after informing the G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki company about this fact within 10 days from the receiving the item.
2. The returned item must be in its original condition, with original packaging and the receipt, as well as with the completed return form. Which can be downloaded here.
3. Returns and complaints should be sent to: G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki, ul.Roweckiego 66/3, 72-009 Police, Poland
4. We do not accept the ....
5. In case of sending a faulty item, the cost of delivery is paid by our company. In case of exchange, return, or incorrectly placed order, and other reasons  independent of the company - the cost of delivery is paid by the Customer.
6. After receiving the item, we will sent the full refund within 7 days, in they way chosen by the Customer in the return form.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

Placing an order is tantamount to the agreement of storing and processing personal details included in the order by G-DESIGN Bartosz Głowacki according to the current regulations of the act - Dz. U. Nr 133, poz. 883, from the 29th of August 2007 about personal details protection, which guarantees access to your own details and making changes, including deleting them. Personal details, which are given during the shopping at www.g-design.pl, are processing only, without any exception,in order to complete the order and inform the customer about the new items and special offers in the shop. The company does not use the details in any other aim. Under no circumstances personal details are not sell or pass to the other parties.

8. FINAL RESOLUTIONS

1. Items shown in the photos can be slightly different from the ones offered by www.g-design.pl
2. All descriptions and photos of the items on the website www.g-design.pl, are informative and are receive from the producers, suppliers or are made by the G-DESIGN company. The G-DESIGN Barosz Głowacki comoany reserves the right to possible mistakes within description.
3. www.g-design.pl reserves the right to change the text of this regulations without further notice or without giving any reason.
4. All content of this shop and the products shown are not a trade offer according to art. 543 of the Civil Code.
